Mr Atsushi Taira is the Chairman and Co-founder of The Edgeof with Taizo Son. His commitment to the space sector is demonstrated through his involvement in the early investment of leading NewSpace companies, including Astroscale and Synspective, now both successfully listed on the Japanese stock exchange.

Ms Koh Soo Boon is the Founding Managing Director of iGlobe Partners, Singapore’s first female-led venture capital firm. After more than a decade of leading Vertex Ventures across the United States and Europe, she established iGlobe in Silicon Valley before relocating its headquarters to Singapore.

Prof Lui Pao Chuen is Singapore’s pioneering Chief Defence Scientist, a visionary who served 41 years in the Ministry of Defence, modernising the nation’s defence capabilities through advanced systems engineering and operations analysis. He also served as Advisor to the National Research Foundation at the Prime Minister’s Office, amongst many other appointments. His outstanding accolades include the Distinguished Service Order, the National Science & Technology Medal, and the Darjah Utama Bakti Cemerlang (Distinguished Service Order), one of Singapore’s most prestigious national awards.

Mr Seah Moon Ming is the Chairman of SMRT Corporation Ltd. He was the former President of ST Electronics, Deputy CEO and President (Defence) of ST Engineering and former Chairman of IE Singapore., which spearheaded the internationalization of Singapore companies. For his contributions to public service, Mr Seah is a recipient of the Public Service Star, the Meritorious Service Medal and the prestigious Pingat Jasa Gemilang award.

Dr Victoria Coleman is the former Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the former Chief Scientist of the U.S. Air Force. She is now the Associate Provost of the Berkeley Space Center - a 36 acre with UC Berkeley–NASA–SKS Partners designed to advance aviation, space, and dual-use technologies.
